WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS OF USE?

These additional and specific Terms of Use are intended to govern our users' interaction through Open Finance, an additional service made available by Noh in partnership with Iniciador.

This means that the provisions of the Iniciador Terms are in addition to those of Tric's Terms of Use, and must be read and interpreted together, without prejudice to our Privacy Policy.

Iniciador is our Payment Initiation partner. Iniciador is an institution authorized and regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (Banco Central do Brasil), an approved participant in the Pix Arrangement and in Open Finance Brasil, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian National Registry of Legal Entities) 44.471.172/0001-19.
